Knowledge Mile is an initiative to create the smartest street in the Netherlands in the heart of Amsterdam. This smart street, the Knowledge Mile, lies between Amstelplein and Nieuwmarkt. In this area, a high concentration of urban challenges is located. Here, people needs to manage traffic overload, rain, air quality and a lack of social cohesion. At the same time, the Knowledge Mile contains a lot of expertise to find solutions for such problems.
